Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your bag. If something is not right, here is how it works.

Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This policy does not affect those rights.

Condition

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all packaging, dust bags, chains, charms and tags included. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage or alteration.

Personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

How to start a return

Email info@neslihanbalta.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot process a refund for a parcel that does not reach us. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Any customs duties or import taxes you paid may be recoverable from your local customs authority. We are not able to refund these on your behalf.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
