Shipping
Every order is packed and dispatched from our atelier in Bilecik, Turkiye.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Personalised and made-to-order pieces take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Delivery times
Turkiye: same day dispatch, delivery in 1 to 2 business days.
Europe and the United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
United States: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and peak periods can add time, and we cannot control delays once a parcel is with the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. United States orders are 35 USD, and free on orders over 150 USD. European rates are shown at checkout in your local currency.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Turkiye may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are set by your local authorities and are not included in the price you pay us.
Where duties are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable to the carrier on delivery. If a parcel is refused and returned to us because these charges were not paid, we will refund the item value less the original and return shipping costs.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not able to refund orders lost because of an incorrect address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email info@neslihanbalta.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
